As a professional Buyer’s Agent I provide you with all the knowledge you need to make an informed decision about the value of a property. I can save you the unnecessary hours of viewing properties that are outside of what you really are looking after, and remove some of the confusion associated with the decision making process.

You may think that using the services of a Buyer’s Agent is too expensive. As a Buyer’s Agent my goal is to save you money, time and stress, whatever your budget. When acting as a Buyer’s Agent, I am working for you, not the vendor. In most cases I can help you save time and running around.  I’m working for you while you’re busy doing the things you need to get done.

As a practising auctioneer, I understand both the auction and private treaty sales processes and bidding tactics. By not being emotionally involved in the auction or negotiation process I can help you make objective decisions about the properties you have in mind. For investors, check with your financial advisor - your Buyer’s Agent fees may be tax deductible.

As a Buyer’s Agent I charge an engagement fee before beginning the search for you. The structure is either a flat fee or a percentage of the property purchase price depending on your budget.
